Poetry Review at Coldfront

lullaby (1)My review of Hadara Bar-Nadav’s new collection from Saturnalia Books, Lullaby (with Exit Sign), is up at Coldfront today. You can read it here.

This collection is so good. It’s composed primarily of prose poems about a father’s death–and the relationship of death to nature and language. Bar-Nadav uses lines from Emily Dickinson poems as titles and incorporates them into her own poems in such interesting ways. I highly recommend this book!
